how soon can you deliver the final product?

With normal service, we can deliver 60 minutes after 2 calendar days of order placement.

What format will my final file be in?

Whatever you want it to be - you can send us a template to fill in (e.g. in MS Word, MS Excel, etc.) or instruct us about the font size and format you require (e.g. how to mark the interviewer and respondents out in the text).

i’M NOT SURE WHAT QUALITY THE RECORDINGS ARE IN TERMS OF BEING TRANSCRIBABLE, HOW DO i KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT?

Before we make a start on the project, we will check the sound and recording quality and let you know if we foresee any issues with transcribing it or in the worst case, let you know that we will not be able to transcribe. We would never take on a job and tell you that we can deliver, then tell you it’s not been possible or worse still, return a document where most words and key points are marked to be ‘inaudible’.
